O.H. must be the last public school on the planet to celebrate Saint's Feast Days, but since there is a German component we always celebrate St. Martin at Lanternfest. The kids make lanterns and then go on a pitch black dark walk down the streets around the school singing a german Lanternfest song. Most of the neighbors know what is going on but I feel bad for the new neighbors!
