Ryan performed in his first piano festival today, performing a jazz song he wrote with a song jacket cover that he designed himself called "I Wonder What This Is," and a song called, "I Got the Blues." He sounded great and the judges seemed pleased. After, he was able to go to a hall and play his song with a real jazz percussionist as accompaniment. It sounded great! If I ever figure out how to get the video on my computer I'll post it.

What a great picture. Dan looks so natural, just jammin' with the drummer! I notice he is sitting on stacked chairs. Love it - Paul
